Finn nærmeste og mindre ryddige nummer

Ryddig nummer er de tallene hvis sifre er ordnet i ikke-avtagende rekkefølge. Her får vi et tall, og vi må finne et annet tall som er mindre, men nærmest det gitte tallet, og også det tallet skal være ryddig, dvs. sifferet deres skal være i ikke-avtagende rekkefølge. 

Eksempler:  

Input : 91234 Output : 89999 Tidy property is violated by appearing 1 after 9. So we will reduce 9 by 1 and the number right to it will be replaced by 9. So generated tidy number is 89999. Input : 45000 Output : 44999

Tanken er å krysse fra enden. Når ryddig eiendom brytes, reduserer vi siffer med ett og gjør alle påfølgende sifre til 9.
